Day 1  |  Explore The Golden Circle

We’re starting from the bustling city of Reykjavik, venturing straight into the heart of Iceland’s incredible beauty – the Golden Circle.

First up is Þingvellir National Park. Picture this – we’re walking in the middle of a rift valley, where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet. It’s not just about the stunning views here, it’s also about standing on a spot that has seen centuries of history unfold. Quite a start, right?

But we’re just getting warmed up. Next, we’re off to the Geysir geothermal area. Imagine standing next to a geyser right before it erupts, feeling the thrill as the water and steam shoot up into the sky. It’s Mother Nature showing off, and trust me, it’s a sight you won’t forget!

Then, we’re heading to Gullfoss waterfall. This place is seriously impressive – the sheer power of the water, the deafening roar, the mist spraying your face – it’s going to take your breath away. No matter what the weather’s like, Gullfoss always steals the show.

After all that excitement, it’s time to take it down a notch. We’ll go find the Secret Lagoon, a tranquil oasis hidden away from the world. Here, you can kick back and relax in the warm waters, letting the steam envelope you while you soak in the peace and beauty of the surroundings.

And just when you think the day couldn’t get any better, we’ll head to the Bubble Hotel in Ölvisholt. You’ll spend the night in your very own bubble, falling asleep under the star-studded sky, possibly even catching a glimpse of the Northern Lights if we’re lucky!

If the ice has other plans, we’ll admire it from the front – still a sight to behold. Then, we’re off to Skógafoss, another towering marvel with a power that will leave you feeling humbled. Fans of Game of Thrones and Vikings might even recognize it!

Next, it’s Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach. The sight of the fierce waves crashing against the peculiar basalt columns will make you understand why it’s among the world’s most unique beaches.

As the day winds down, we’ll start our journey back to Reykjavík. On the way, we’ll pause for a breath-taking viewpoint, making every moment of this trip count. Your guide will share stories and fascinating facts about this incredible land.

We’ll be back in Reykjavík by dinner, hopefully with hearts full of memories. Northern Lights or not, we hope your day with us will be one to remember!
