Trip Content Submission Agreement

1. User-Generated Content License Agreement

1.1 Parties

This User-Generated Content License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Airmango Holding Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and assigns (collectively "Airmango," "we," "our," or "us") and you, the content creator ("you," "your," or "Participant"). This agreement applies to content submitted through both our mobile application (Airmango App) and website (Buubble.com).

1.2 Your Grant of Rights

By submitting your trip content (photos, videos, descriptions, and related materials, collectively "Content"), you grant Airmango Holding Inc and its partners the following rights contingent upon approval of your content:

• Non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license: Upon approval, you grant us the right to use your Content indefinitely, anywhere in the world, without payment of additional fees
• Non-exclusive rights: You retain ownership of your Content and may use it elsewhere
• Right to modify and create derivatives: Upon approval, we may edit, crop, resize, filter, or otherwise modify your Content for our platforms
• Multi-platform usage: Upon approval, we may use your Content on:
  • Airmango mobile application
  • Buubble.com website and all subdomains
  • Social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content
  • Partner websites and tour operator platforms
  • Print materials, brochures, and presentations
• Right to sublicense: Upon approval, we may grant our partners, affiliates, and tour operators the right to use your Content
• Attribution flexibility: We may credit you by name/username or use the Content without attribution at our discretion

1.3 Your Representations and Warranties

By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You own all rights to the Content or have obtained all necessary permissions
• The Content is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights)
• If other people appear in your Content, you have obtained their explicit permission for submission and commercial use
• The Content does not contain illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
• You have the authority to enter into this Agreement

1.4 Compensation and Content Approval

You acknowledge and agree that:

• No monetary payment will be made for your Content submission
• Gift certificates are discretionary: Only approved submissions receive a gift certificate for one night's stay at the 5 Million Star Hotel (Bubble Hotel) valued at approximately €250-300
• No guarantee of approval: We review all submissions but approve only those meeting our quality and platform needs
• Unapproved content is not used: If your Content is not approved, we will not use it and no license rights are granted to us
• The gift certificate is contingent upon Content approval and meeting quality standards
• For approved content, no additional fees will be owed for future use, modification, or sublicensing

1.5 Content Approval and Use

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject any submitted Content at our sole discretion
• Edit, modify, or remove approved Content at any time without notice
• Choose which approved Content to feature and on which platforms
• Discontinue use of any approved Content without explanation

1.6 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Airmango Holding Inc, its partners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your breach of this Agreement
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any false representations or warranties you made
• Your Content infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights
• Your Content containing copyrighted music or audio you don't have rights to

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information We Collect

When you submit trip content through our form, we collect:

• Personal Information: Your name and email address
• Content Data: Photos, videos, file metadata (upload date, file size, device type)
• Technical Information: IP address, browser type, upload timestamps

2.2 How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process your trip content submission
• Send you a trip preview for review and customization
• Deliver your gift certificate upon approval
• Communicate about your submission status
• Publish your trip content on Airmango app and Buubble.com (only if approved)
• Attribute content to you (when we choose to provide attribution)
• Improve our services and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations

2.3 Data Storage and Security

• Your Content is stored on our secure servers (Supabase database and MinIO storage)
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• Your data may be processed in Iceland, EU, and cloud servers worldwide
• We retain approved Content indefinitely for use in our platforms
• Unapproved content may be deleted from our systems after the review period

2.4 Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: n8n.io, Supabase, MinIO, and other technical partners who help us operate our services
• Tour Operators: Partner companies featured in trips (they may see your approved Content but not your personal contact information)
• Business Partners: Marketing agencies, Bubble Hotel, and affiliated companies
• Legal Compliance: Authorities when required by law

2.5 Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR for EU residents), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate information
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (note: this may void your gift certificate)
• Restriction: Limit how we use your data
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured format
• Object: Object to certain data processing
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for future use (does not affect already-granted licenses for approved content)

2.6 Cookies and Tracking

Our upload form does not use cookies. However, our main websites (Airmango app and Buubble.com) use cookies for analytics and functionality. Please see our main website privacy policies for details.

2.7 Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you are under 18, do not submit Content.

3. Terms and Conditions

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to submit Content
• You must have visited Iceland within the last 5-7 years
• You must have media files (photos/videos) that meet our quality standards

3.2 Submission Requirements

• Image requirements: JPG, PNG, HEIC format; minimum 200KB per file
• Video requirements: MP4, MOV format; minimum 1MB, maximum 1GB per file
• Content variety: Upload diverse content showing different days, activities, locations (avoid duplicates or very similar photos)
• Quality: High-resolution, well-lit, focused images that showcase Iceland attractions

3.3 Prohibited Content

Do NOT submit Content that:

• Contains nudity, sexual content, or violence
• Promotes illegal activities or hate speech
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains visible logos or trademarks of third parties (unless incidental)
• Violates anyone's privacy or publicity rights
• Is defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent
• Contains copyrighted music, songs, or audio tracks you don't have rights to use

3.4 Gift Certificate Terms

• Selective approval: We review all submissions but only approve content that meets our quality standards and fits our platform needs
• Gift certificate value: One night stay at 5 Million Star Hotel (Bubble Hotel), approximately €250-300 - issued ONLY to approved participants
• No guarantee: Uploading content does NOT guarantee you will receive a gift certificate
• Approval criteria: Based on photo quality, variety, relevance, and platform fit (at our sole discretion)
• Subject to availability and booking terms of Bubble Hotel
• Non-transferable and non-refundable
• Expiration date will be specified on the certificate (typically 12-24 months from issue)
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• If not approved: No certificate will be issued, and we will NOT use your submitted content

3.5 Approval Process

• After submission, our team reviews Content within 5-10 business days
• You'll receive an email with trip preview for review and customization if approved
• We may request additional information or corrections
• Approval is at our sole discretion based on quality, variety, and fit with our platform

3.6 Liability Limitations

• Airmango Holding Inc is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or failed uploads
• We are not liable for technical issues, server downtime, or data loss
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the gift certificate (€250-300)
• We are not responsible for how tour operators or partners use the approved Content under our sublicense grants

3.7 Intellectual Property

• You retain copyright ownership of your original Content
• Airmango, Buubble, and related trademarks belong to Airmango Holding Inc
• The license you grant us is non-exclusive (you can license your Content to others)
• License rights are only activated upon content approval

3.8 Termination

• We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach these terms
• Termination does not affect rights already granted to us for approved Content
• Upon termination, your gift certificate may be revoked if not yet issued

3.9 Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms at any time by posting revised terms on our website
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
• Material changes will be communicated via email to submitted addresses

3.10 Governing Law and Disputes

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Iceland
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Reykjavik, Iceland
• For EU residents: EU consumer protection laws may also apply

4. Summary of Your Consent
