Sometimes you don’t have the luxury of a full week in Iceland, but you shouldn't have to compromise on your chances of seeing the Northern Lights. This high-impact, low-stress weekend loop keeps you entirely out of city light pollution, moving from a transparent bubble directly to a world-class aurora observatory.
You don't need a full week to fall for Iceland — or to catch the northern lights. This relaxed three-day loop keeps you entirely out of the city, pairing the country's most famous sights with two nights in a transparent bubble under the open sky. Soak in the Blue Lagoon on arrival, drive the Golden Circle at your own pace, and end each day watching for the aurora from your bed.
Every route is planned by someone who's driven it — not generated by an algorithm.
Each trip includes the bubble night with welcome package, the rental car (or specified vehicle), all partner hotel nights along the route, the full day-by-day itinerary with maps and recommendations, and 24/7 contact with us during your trip. Fuel, food, and optional activities (lagoon entries, tours) are extra unless specifically noted in the itinerary.
Yes. The published price is based on two travelers sharing a standard rental car and standard accommodation. We adjust the quote for your actual dates, party size, vehicle preference (4x4, larger car), and hotel level. Send us your details through the quote form and we'll come back with an exact price.
Pick a trip, fill out the quote form, and we'll send you an exact price for your dates. Once you confirm, you pay us directly — we book the car, the partner hotels, and all the trip elements. You arrive in Iceland and drive off with a printed plan and our phone number.
Within reason, yes. Date shifts up to 30 days before arrival are usually possible depending on availability. Adding a day, swapping a hotel, or extending a leg of the trip — we can usually accommodate it for the cost difference. Once you're in Iceland and a booking is locked in with the operator, changes get harder.
Travel insurance is your responsibility — we strongly recommend it for Iceland. Rental car insurance is included to the standard level offered by our partner; you can upgrade at pickup. We require a 25% deposit at booking with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation policy varies by trip — typically refundable up to 30 days out minus the deposit.
We work only with operators we know personally — car rentals, lodges, activity providers we've used ourselves and that meet our standard. Most of our operators are part of the airmango network, meaning they're committed to the quality of the trips, not just the volume. If something goes wrong, you call us directly, not a call center.
